We’re excited to announce that Greenfield is leading Semantic Layer’s $1.5M Series A funding round, which brings the total funding to $5M. Semantic Layer is building the execution and sequencing infrastructure for the Agent Economy. As autonomous AI agents begin to transact, trade, and collaborate on-chain, Semantic Layer gives dApps and agents sovereignty over how these interactions are executed, empowering them to define transaction sequencing, capture MEV fairly, and design entirely new economic primitives.

Throughout history, stores of value earned trust by being useful first – land fed people, cattle worked fields, gold enabled trade. Bitcoin, worth over $2.2T, has value but little utility. BitcoinOS (BOS) changes that, making bitcoin programmable, productive, and connected to real economic activity. We’re excited to have led their $10M strategic raise, which was announced last week ahead. With $BOS now listed on major exchanges including Binance and Kraken a new chapter begins – one where bitcoin finally works for the world, not just waits.

We’re excited to share that we’ve built a position in peaq, the infrastructure layer for machines, robots and connected devices. This investment reflects two of Greenfield’s core theses: first, that the Machine Economy – where autonomous robots, machines and devices act as economic agents – will become one of the defining drivers of blockchain adoption; and second, that the future of crypto infrastructure lies in purpose-built, application-specific blockchains rather than generalized, one-size-fits-all networks. Alongside the investment, Greenfield operates a validator through Greenfield Labs, further aligning our long-term commitment to the network’s growth.

We’re excited to announce that Greenfield is leading Rebind’s €1.6M pre-seed funding round. Rebind aims to make self-custodial crypto investing feel as natural and easy as using any modern fintech app.

We’re excited to announce that Greenfield is participating in nuConstruct’s $6M seed funding round. nuConstruct is developing TOOL, an out-of-protocol solution to scale Ethereum L1 block times from currently 12 seconds to 1 second subslots via early confirmations, which guarantee both inclusion and execution results of transactions.

We are excited to announce our participation in Warlock Lab's $8M seed funding round. Warlock is a crypto-native trading firm focusing on market making and MEV strategies across chains, as well as orderflow monetization, helping DeFi protocols improve their efficiency and sustainability by re-capturing value otherwise lost due to malicious MEV.

We’re excited to announce our follow-on investment in Layer3, deepening our position in the leading Engagement Network. We accumulated an additional $4M of $L3 tokens, making Layer3 one of the largest holdings across our funds.
